This is where you can purchase additional services or if your a prepaid customer you can top up your card. The selfcare portal is SSL 128bit secured, this ensures your details are protected when you access the portal.
Only purchase prepaid hours once you are in our coverage area to ensure your devise is able to connect and communicate with our access points. In some cases your location in our coverage are may be too isolated/restrictive for RF signals to propagate reliably, resulting in poor connection. In such cases you will need to relocate to a location closer and in line of sight and within the range capabilities of your device to one of our access points.
